QUU Members Protected Action Ballot | Important Information

Ballots started arriving at home addresses of eligible QUU employees from Monday 22nd January 2018. QUU AWU members are encouraged to look out for an envelope from the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) with their ballot papers in their home mailbox.
AWU members are encouraged to vote YES for industrial action. With a majority voting YES, AWU members will be able to take protected industrial in support of better jobs security and take home pay in the EBA currently under negotiation.
So it’s important for everyone to vote.
When the ballot papers are received by members, make sure you have your say by:
  • following the exact instructions provided by the AEC
  • voting YES to all the question
  • posting your ballot papers back to the AEC immediately - they must arrive by 10am Monday 12th February 2018.
